Terms of Service — AgentOS

1. Service Description
AgentOS provides moderation helpers, verification (Roblox OAuth), submission handling, logging, notifications, and integrations with third-party services (e.g., Roblox, Trello, webhooks).
2. Eligibility
You must be authorized to use Discord and the server where the Bot is installed. The Bot is not intended for collection of data from children without parental consent.
3. Account Linking
Some features require linking your Discord account to external accounts (for example, Roblox). You consent to the processing of the identifiers and limited profile data necessary for those features.
4. Acceptable Use
Use the Bot lawfully and in accordance with server rules. Prohibited uses include harassment, fraud, uploading malware, sharing illegal content, or abusing third-party integrations.
5. Moderation & Automated Actions
The Bot may perform automated checks or flag content. Server moderators and administrators have final authority over moderation actions. Human review is used where practical.
6. Data & Privacy
The Bot's data practices are described in the Privacy Policy. Using features that involve third parties means you also accept those third parties' terms. The Operator will process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law (including GDPR as implemented in Norway) and will respond to data subject requests (access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection, portability) within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 30 days) unless extended for lawful reasons.
7. Intellectual Property
The Operator retains rights to the Bot code and related intellectual property. By submitting content through the Bot you grant the Operator a license to use, store, and display that content for Bot operation and moderation.
8. No Warranty
The Bot is provided "AS IS" without warranties. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Bot. The Operator's aggregate liability is limited to a nominal amount where applicable.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify the Operator from claims and liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Bot.
11. Termination
The Operator or server administrators may suspend or remove access for users who violate these Terms. You may request to stop using the Bot and request deletion of your personal data under the Privacy Policy. For data protection concerns, the Operator will cooperate with supervisory authorities in Norway (Datatilsynet) and comply with applicable reporting requirements.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Norway.
13. Changes
The Operator may modify these Terms. Material changes will be posted in the repository or server admin channels.
