Features

AgentOS is built specifically to support the Office of Special Investigations (OSI). It gives Agents and staff a secure, auditable way to intake incidents, manage investigations, and record enforcement actions under the group's UCMJ-style rules — without leaving Discord.

Members can file structured incident reports and attach evidence; Agents can claim cases, run background and rule lookups, and record suspensions, detentions, or blacklist entries. The bot also automates routine community care tasks like inactivity follow-ups, verification reminders, and scheduled check-ins so teams keep cases moving.

Incident Reporting & Intake

Community members submit structured incident forms that include involved users, timestampts, attachments, and a narrative. Submissions generate a case ID, are stored with an immutable timestamped audit trail, and can be auto-routed to the appropriate OSI desk or Agent team.

Investigation Workflow

Cases can be claimed by OSI Agents, assigned to investigators, and progressed through discrete states (triage, investigation, resolution). Staff can add notes, attach evidence, and spawn private review threads for confidential discussion. All actions are logged for auditability.

Enforcement & UCMJ Actions

Designed for a roleplay environment with UCMJ-style enforcement: authorized staff can record suspensions, detentions/arrests, and blacklist entries. Enforcement entries include rationale, duration, and the Agent who authorized the action. Escalation workflows let supervisors review and ratify major actions.

Background & Law Lookups

Quick background checks surface prior suspensions, arrest-history, and blacklist matches. The bot can run rule/lookups against the group's regulations (UCMJ articles) to help investigators reference relevant statutes during a case.

Staff Tools & Automation

Staff commands let OSI Agents add/search suspensions, run quota/points checks, bulk-apply sanctions, and automate routine moderation tasks. Filters and flagging rules can auto-create cases for Agent review.

Review UI & Interaction

Submissions surface interactive buttons (Approve / Escalate / Request More Info) that open private review threads. Approvals generate templated responses and can trigger enforcement actions; escalations notify supervisors with case context.

Scheduling & Community Care

The bot schedules follow-ups, sends inactivity notices to assigned Agents, and issues verification reminders. This keeps long-running investigations moving and ensures victims/witnesses receive timely updates.

Evidence Capture & Export

Capture messages, attachments, and immutable metadata (timestamps, message IDs). Generate exportable case bundles for offline review or archival. Exports include a structured manifest and chain-of-custody information.

Integrations

Out-of-the-box integrations include Roblox OAuth verification, Trello / ticket sync, webhook-based exports, and flexible API webhooks for custom tooling. Integrations respect configured retention and access controls.
